A Merry Christmas and happy New Year for you and yours Spence! It's been wonderful reading your blog over the last few months - I look forward to every post. Perhaps the new year will bring changes... such as a book deal? :) Well, we'll soon see!
Thank you for the hours of enjoyment whether my response was laughter, swearing at the idiocy of some people or sometimes, tears.
Have a very Happy Christmas, Mary & MarkUK. Thanks for all your comments in 08.
BTW - MarkUK - that must rate as the most obscure comment I've ever had! If it isn't a really leftfield internet acronym (Get On Down - Gorgeous, Exciting, Ornery Lunk)I'm guessing you sent it before it was finished - but even then, what on earth could you have been about to write? 'God Geology is a fascinating subject, but I'll put the book on Ironstone pods in the Archean Barberton greenstone belt aside just for a second to say 'Happy Christmas, New Year etc'. 8) xx
Merry Christmas Spence. Hope you managed to get some time off. I'm still keeping the oceans safe even today but looking forward to my dinner when I get home.
I'm a day late, but I think my holiday wishes to you will still take. Here's wishing you a future filled with smiles, peace and joy, Spence. Thank you for writing such intriguing and beautiful posts. You're an excellent writer; it's a joy to read your words. And your genuine care for your fellow humans comes through in each vignette, no matter how appalling the circumstances. I look forward to reading more in the new year.
Thanks Wren! Happy holidays to you and your family, and best wishes for 2009. Thanks for reading the blog and for all your comments through the year. Lots of Love Sx
Thanks Tsitsi! A very happy christmas & new year to you and your family. Thanks for keep coming back to the blog and commenting - I really appreciate it.
I'm a bit embarrassed now about God Geol! I had googled it, but didn't find the language ref (just geology / theology refs). So is it Old Germanic? I found out that Geol is the old root of Yule...
Thanks, judithb! I hope you had a great Christmas and a very happy new year to you and your family. Thanks for all your comments and support through the year. :)xx

Merry Christmas Kaz! I hope all your boats stayed afloat, and you made it back home in good time to drink enough bubbly to sink a battleship.
Thanks for reading - and a very happy New Year!

Yours is still far and away the best written and most compassionate ambulance blog, and I am very happy I found you.
God Geol means Merry Christmas. I googled it.
