Love em....
I am a senior carer and I just can't believe that these two carers for Winnie actually got a job in the first place! No compassion or common sense for poor win. And poor Douglas, bless him, he needs a bloody medal.
The Magpies are the best for fish n chips lol.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02864079474796026070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27691111.post-1518834940066956552010-01-24T14:23:17.687+00:002010-01-24T14:23:17.687+00:00Hi Rach

Let's have a cup of tea first.

I've not been to Whitby myself, but if Dracula likes it...

Hey KMK
Judith was amazing! Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. She would have had the chalet built, the ski lift constructed and the brochures printed up, too.

Douglas was great - so calm and above it all.

Hi Icecold
I must admit it had the same effect on me! The carers were well meaning and very affectionate, but I wasn't at all sure about their practicality.

xxSpence Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11183848895584919812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27691111.post-84788914075355540232010-01-21T19:22:56.608+00:002010-01-21T19:22:56.608+00:00P.S. I know that Douglas def needed help with Winnie, and prob valued J&J for the work they did. But it was odd the way that Judith seemed to wind Winnie up with her intense description of the problems Douglas was having. I mean, she could've played it down a little! They seemed to be slightly over-wrought and vaguely hysterical about the whole event - in marked contrast to Douglas, who was calm and forbearing. :/Spence Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11183848895584919812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27691111.post-78340372445718891102010-01-20T01:15:21.363+00:002010-01-20T01:15:21.363+00:00So the carers have become a sort of self-perpetuat...So the carers have become a sort of self-perpetuating oligarchy?cogidubnushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03542717738481600745noreply@blogger.com
